Golden Feverfew is a cheerful, aromatic herb known for its feathery golden foliage and small, daisy-like yellow-and-white flowers. A short lived herbaceous perennial growing to 30cm. However, it will happily self seed. Prefers full sun but tolerates partial shade. Adaptable, prefers well-drained, moist, humus-rich soil. Frost tolerant.
Excellent cut and dried flower.
Sow seeds directly or in pots during autumn as they need a cold spell to break dormancy. If in a warmer area, seeds can be placed in the fridge for 6 weeks before sowing. Place seeds on top of potting mix and cover with a fine layer of soil. Water and keep damp but not wet. Seeds will germinate during spring when the temperature warms up. Grow plants to a good size around 10cm. Harden off and transplant into the garden.
Also known as the Golden Chamomile.
