Edible Flower Mix

Edible flowers add beauty, flavour and color to dishes like salads, desserts, and drinks. Some can be dried to enjoy in between seasons. They can be infused into teas, syrups, vinegars, and oils; they can also be candied for decoration on cakes and baked goods.

I have added links under each variety of edible flower offered in this mix. Please read this and even do your own research before consuming as some flowers have inedible parts.

Edible flowers are the perfect addition to kitchen gardens. Of all of the places in our garden, this is the place where we need the beneficial insects the most. This mix will ensure the bees and other insects will find your kitchen garden a haven to explore. To ensure safety only grow edible flowers in your kitchen garden.

Note - it's important to ensure your edible flowers haven't been sprayed with pesticides/herbicides.
