Symphyotrichum (syn. Aster) novi-belgii Mauve

This plant will add late summer and autumn colour to the garden. They are quite undemanding and will grow in most soils and handle full sun to part shade. Grows to 140 cm tall and covered in flowers. They make excellent cut flowers and as they are perennials you can cut them back after flowering in late autumn and they will flower again next season.

These plants are perfect for cottage and meadow gardens.
